- Proposal and Bid preparation: conduct in-depth customer requirement analysis, design and architect solution offering from current solution portfolios, evaluate and assess technical gap and risk, propose feasible solution fulfilling customer needs if required, promote solution values to customers, cost estimation, prepare solution presentation and proposal during sales and bidding stage. - Pre-Sales Company’s new product and Transfer Company’s technology Transfer to local customers. - Key Server Account Management and new account Approach. - Solution Development Management: support on-site Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and validation activities. - Cooperate with HQ PM and R&D for features enhancement. - Life-Cycle Management: feedback market trends and customer needs to solution manager for new solutions and/or features development. - Design in (From Award to Mass Production) - PO & Forecast management Qualifications - Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is preferred and Master's degree is an additional advantage. - Proven experience in product/solution technical sales activities, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Power conversion for Server PSU and global power semiconductor company. - Good understanding capability for power electronics elements (MOSFET, OP-amp, Transformer, Inductor and others), F/W and power application circuits is additional advantage. - Possess exceptional coordination, customer engagement skill, sales and technical support, project management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. - Fast learner with the ability to proficiently understand and absorb new domain knowledge. - Must possess an outgoing personality with growth mindset. - Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
