Responsibilities •Lead the development of 3D graphics and possess expertise in optimizing art quality and performance. •Establish guidelines and specifications that define the artistic direction of the project. •Collaborate closely with creative leaders and production teams to generate ideas, strategies, and creative design briefs. •Create a production schedule that aligns with the overall production schedule, taking input from team leaders. •Supervise adjustments to creative scope and assets based on technical production requirements and limitations. •Demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. •Act as a strategic thought leader and help the business uncover new ideas and opportunities. Qualifications •Experience providing direction for the visual, creative, technical execution, and strategy of interactive or AR/VR experiences. •Experience managing various creative roles, such as motion designers, 3D designers, technical artists, sound designers, etc. •Experience creating mood boards and storyboards for concept and design presentations. •Experience working with game engines (Unity or Unreal) and popular 3D software programs (Cinema 4D, 3Ds Max, Blender, Maya). •Experience with asset pipelines, integrating 3D models, textures, etc. into Unity 3D. •Adaptable to changes in production and able to switch focus among a variety of tasks.
