A well-known Taiwanese financial information and consumer app company is hiring a Business Head to own a business line's revenue, user growth, and profitability, decide on resource allocation, and lead managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- 8+ years of business operations / Growth / Monetization experience in consumer apps, games, e-commerce, subscription services or trading platforms; experience limited to B2B, pure project management or brand marketing does not qualify
- Real ownership of user and revenue targets: accountable for revenue, user growth and profitability of a whole business or multiple product lines
- Experience managing multiple products or a product portfolio and allocating resources: you've actually decided whether to double down, pivot, or stop investing budget, headcount, and development resources
- A proven track record in monetization and user growth: you've led subscription, in-app purchase, paid conversion, pricing, renewal, or retention strategies and can explain the quantified results before and after
- Able to drive business decisions with data and experiments: familiar with AARRR, funnels, cohorts, user segmentation, CAC, LTV, and payback period, with experience validating growth hypotheses through A/B tests or controlled experiments
- Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams: directly managed product owners or middle managers, owning goal breakdown, delegation, talent development, performance management and necessary organizational changes
- Has actually used generative AI in work processes
