• Network bonus: not limited to direct referrals. If anyone in your network applies and is hired, you get a share of the bonus. The bigger your network, the easier it is to earn.
• Referral bonus: paid when a friend you refer directly is hired and starts work. The more people you refer, the better your chances of earning it.
• Job-process bonus: if several people refer different candidates to the same job, the bonus goes to the referral line of the person who is hired.

In the Step1ne Referrals mini app, your network lives on the "Network Earnings" page, which shows three numbers in real time: link clicks, friend sign-ups, and payouts. Setting it up takes two steps:

1. Step 1 · Create: On the "Turn Your Network into Rewards" page, tap "Start inviting" to generate your own personal invite link.
2. Step 2 · Expand: People who join through your personal link—and the friends they invite later—are automatically counted in your circle, not just the people you invited directly.

The condition for the network bonus is clear: when someone in your circle successfully refers a person who gets hired and earns a "referral bonus," you receive a "network bonus" at the same time. You don't get paid just because someone in your circle applied and got hired — it's when a friend you invited makes a successful referral that you're rewarded too.

Two things to note: when inviting friends, always use your “own” personal link so they count toward your friend circle. Also, A and B whom you invite do not automatically become each other's friends, but both count in your friend circle (it spreads outward from you; members of your circle are not connected to each other).
