The company is the Taiwan master distributor of an American heavy motorcycle brand and also represents several other consumer brands, based in Neihu, Taipei. This role is responsible for the company's overall finance and accounting, from financial statements, budgeting and cash management to banking relationships and audits, and leads a finance assistant.

Job description
Finance and accounting management
- Own the company's overall finance and accounting and keep financial operations running smoothly
- Familiar with the 正航 ERP system; handles daily bookkeeping and voucher review
Reporting, budgets and cash
- Prepare and analyze financial and management reports and provide recommendations for management decisions
- Plan the annual budget, fund management, and financial analysis to keep track of the company's operations
Banking and audits
- Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, loans and related financial documentation
- Work with the accounting firm on annual audits, taxes, and related financial matters
Team and systems
- Lead finance assistants and continuously improve financial processes and internal controls
- Complete finance-related tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance / accounting experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance and taxation, or a business-related field
- Familiar with financial statements, budget management, and cash planning
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- English proficiency
- Previous experience as a finance manager, accounting manager, or in a related management role
- Familiar with ERP systems (正航 ERP preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination and team management skills
