Why this opportunity

What you build goes live in products run by a listed gaming group. Every line of code you write and every animation you create will be seen and used by a large number of players. This is not a project that ends on a shelf.
Salary based on ability, with room to negotiate
Salary is negotiable. A consultant will first learn your expected salary and then negotiate with the hiring company, so that your technical skills and experience are fairly reflected in your package rather than fitted to a standard pay scale.
Staffing ≠ fewer rights
During the assignment Step1ne signs a formal employment contract with you, pays your salary and enrolls you in labor and health insurance. Annual leave and other rights follow the Labor Standards Act in full, the same as any other employee.
A consultant negotiates alongside you the whole way; it doesn't end once your résumé is sent
A Step1ne consultant first holds a confidential initial conversation to understand your situation and requirements, and only submits your profile to a company to arrange interviews once we confirm it is a good fit. Throughout the process, someone is looking out for you.
