Job description

Import/export and customs

  • Handle import/export operations and delivery confirmation, and prepare customs documents (triangular trade experience a plus)
  • Process and review import/export customs documents
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers, shipping lines, and customs brokers to confirm delivery dates, book shipments, sign S/Os, and check documents

Liaising with overseas manufacturers

  • Help confirm contracts with overseas manufacturers (including foreign-language translation, contract drafting, and correspondence)
  • Correspondence and relationship management with overseas manufacturers

Receivables, payables, and export bill negotiation

  • Compile accounts receivable and payable with overseas suppliers and follow up on collections
  • Handle import/export bill negotiation, letters of credit, and bonded accounting
  • Other tasks assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

Required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • English proficiency
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred qualifications
  • Customs declaration experience
  • TOEIC 800 or above (prioritized for interviews)
  • Familiar with triangular trade
