Job description
System operations and incident handling
- Handle system operations work, including log queries, system status monitoring, and issue reporting
- Analyze and respond to system issues, lead problem analysis reports, and work with relevant teams on follow-up
- Communicate and coordinate across teams to keep operations effective, working with RD, QA, Infra, security, PM, and other relevant teams inside and outside the company
Version Control and Security
- Manage system versioning and synchronization, ensuring updates follow the plan and process
- Analyze vulnerability scan results and produce reports and recommendations to keep systems secure
- Manage code version control to keep development and operations processes consistent
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting, and familiarity with log search and analysis tools (e.g., ELK)
- Well versed in version control tools (Git), with an understanding of CI/CD processes
- Basic information security knowledge and familiarity with vulnerability scanning and risk assessment (e.g., Fortify, OWASP)
- Basic knowledge of C#/.NET/SQL, with the ability to read and understand code for version management and operations analysis
- Experience with electronic payment or financial systems
