Why this opportunity

You'll be coached, so even new graduates can get up to speed

No minimum years of experience. Graduates from related fields or with a technical foundation, and career changers, are all welcome. Your supervisor assigns 1–2 senior colleagues to mentor you as you learn by doing on site, while you also get to know the company's purchase requests, subcontracting, daily construction reports, inspection and billing processes.

Your ability is recognized and reflected in your pay

Salary is based on your background, professional skills, and interview performance, with future raises based on performance. Candidates with AutoCAD drafting or site supervision experience have a better chance at an above-standard starting salary.

Real rewards, shared success

Year-end bonus, mid-year bonus, Dragon Boat and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses, Labor Day gift money, birthday gift money, and referral bonuses for recommending great colleagues, so your efforts are truly recognized.

Assigned away from home, with nothing to worry about

Staff dormitories, a monthly home-travel subsidy, and fuel subsidies for project assignments make life on a remote site a little lighter and more secure.

The team is growing — now is the time to join

As the team grows, the engineering department has opened a new position. You'll work alongside a 17-person team, including a 7-person engineering department — joining now means being part of an important stage in the company's growth.
