Job description
Permanent employment. The service model follows the VIP butler and concierge standard of a five-star hotel (Butler/Concierge): you welcome distinguished guests and provide a refined, attentive, home-away-from-home high-end service experience. Because guests value their privacy, their identities and conversations must be kept confidential.
Guest reception and service
- Host VIP guests and deliver attentive, warm, high-end service that makes them feel at home
Relationship management
- Maintain VIP relationships and build long-term trust and rapport
Handling situations on site
- Quickly grasp and properly handle on-site incidents and guest needs
Environment and supplies management
- Keep the premises clean and refined, and make sure facilities and equipment work properly
- Manage spare parts and resource inventory systematically and help the team complete daily operations
Requirements
- Good communication and emotional management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
- Basic Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Able to provide a police criminal record certificate (certificate of good conduct)
- Chinese communication is sufficient
- Experience in high-end hospitality such as guesthouses or hotels is a plus
- Detail-oriented, emotionally steady, resilient under pressure, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality is a plus
