Why this opportunity

Based at group headquarters, where you see how decisions get made

You support headquarters executives and get exposure to cross-department meeting materials and decision-making rhythms. That's a different kind of experience from single-department admin work, and it's useful if you later move toward staff roles, project assistant or executive assistant positions.

You will really use English; it isn't just there to look good in the requirements

Emails and conversations involve English, so the hiring company lists it as a requirement. Your English will be used continuously in this role rather than left to get rusty.

Salary ranges stated upfront

NT$40,000–45,000/month, based on experience. You don't have to apply and finish interviews just to find out whether there's room to negotiate.

Two fixed days off a week

Monday to Friday, with no shift scheduling or rotation, so you can set your own rhythm of life.

FAQ

Do staffing workers get the same rights as permanent employees?+

During the assignment, you sign a formal employment contract with Step1ne (德仁管理顧問有限公司). Wages, labor and health insurance, pension contributions, annual leave, overtime pay, and occupational injury compensation all follow the Labor Standards Act and related regulations, the same as for any regular employee. Severance and retirement are also governed by the Labor Standards Act. Day-to-day work takes place at the client's head office, with tasks assigned by the on-site supervisor, but Step1ne carries the employer's responsibilities.

The salary is NT$40–45K a month — how much will I actually get?+

The public page shows the total range: monthly salary NT$40,000 – 45,000, based on experience. The consultant will explain exactly how the pay is structured during the first phone call, and you can ask every question you have then.

What level of English is needed? Can I apply without a TOEIC score?+

The hiring team needs someone who can handle English emails and spoken communication. The suggested bar is either a TOEIC score of 750 or above or fluent spoken English; please attach any certificates you have. If you haven't taken a test but use English at work, describe what you've done in English when you apply, and we'll check with the hiring team whether that's acceptable.

What is the interview process? Will I be interviewed by AI?+

Yes. The first interview is conducted by AI through text or voice chat to check whether your experience matches the requirements of this job. If you pass, the consultant will arrange an in-person interview with the hiring team. You can choose your own time for the AI interview, so there is no need to take time off.

What are the working hours?+

So far the hiring organization has only confirmed Monday to Friday with two days off a week; it has not yet given us the exact working hours, so we will not put an unconfirmed time on the page. Your consultant will tell you the confirmed hours in your first conversation.

How long will this staffing assignment last? Is there a chance to become a permanent employee?+

The hiring company has not yet committed to a contract length or conversion to a permanent role, so we do not state it on this page. If it matters to you, we will ask them directly on your behalf during the interview and pass on their reply word for word.

Will I need to travel with my manager?+

The source says "help arrange executives' business travel"—that is, planning and booking. It doesn't say whether you'd travel with them. Your consultant will confirm this with the client before the first conversation and let you know.
