Transparent on-call frequency, no open-ended standby
On-call works on a rotation: one week at a time, about once every six weeks. You're not on standby all year round, so you can keep a healthy work-life balance.
Pay is set by your ability, with no upper limit
Salary is negotiable. Your actual package will be set after the interview based on your technical skills and experience; senior candidates or those with many preferred skills have more room to negotiate.

During the assignment Step1ne signs a formal employment contract with you and enrolls you in labor and health insurance; your salary, annual leave and other rights are handled under the Labor Standards Act.
Room to grow your technical skills
