A real estate company in Taipei and New Taipei is looking for an executive / family chauffeur. You will drive the owner, executives and their families, and the work is mainly daily transportation for the family, within Taipei and New Taipei (mainly Taipei City), with no business trips or overnight stays. The everyday vehicles are a Lexus LM 300h and a Toyota Alphard. The two rotating shifts are 07:00–15:00 and 12:00–20:00; when there are no rides scheduled, you will generally be on standby at the office.

Job description
Daily transport
- Provide daily driving for the owner, executives, and their families, prioritizing the family's needs and ensuring safe driving
- Plan routes and timing around pick-up needs and arrive on time
- Adjust routes flexibly for traffic conditions or last-minute schedule changes
- Help with ride-related tasks such as handling luggage and other necessary support
Vehicle management
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep an eye on vehicle condition and safety
- Help arrange regular vehicle maintenance, repairs, and related matters
- Keep the vehicle clean and tidy inside and out
Service and responsiveness
- Keep good communication with passengers and serve them with respect, discretion, and courtesy
- Stay calm in traffic accidents or other emergencies, with passenger and personal safety as the top priority
- When there are no driving assignments, you wait at the office in principle
Requirements
- Skilled driver with a strong safety mindset
- Good time management; able to plan routes and schedules well
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Good communication and service attitude, with respect for passengers' privacy and confidentiality
- Stay calm under pressure and in unexpected situations
- Chinese is the working language
- Able to provide a Police Criminal Record Certificate
- Experience as an executive driver, private family driver, or VIP / premium business chauffeur
- Familiar with roads, parking, and rush-hour traffic in Taipei and New Taipei
- Experience driving a Lexus LM, Toyota Alphard, or a comparable large luxury MPV
- Able to work rotating shifts and days off, and handle ad-hoc pickups and drop-offs when needed
