Why this opportunity
Take a decision-making seat in group IT governance
This isn't a pure operations role: you'll plan the group's IT development strategy, set governance policies, own the annual IT budget and project roadmap, and take part directly in group-level decisions.
Lead existing systems — not firefighting from scratch
T100 ERP is already up and running. Your job is to take it over, optimize and keep improving it, integrate systems such as BPM and MRP, and build on that foundation to drive change.
Flexible, negotiable pay
NT$1,000,000–2,000,000 per year, adjusted flexibly based on your group management experience, ERP skills, and IT governance experience, and confirmed by both sides after the interview.
A global outlook without having to be away from home long term
You will manage overseas IT teams and take part in cross-border projects. Travel is short-term, about one month or less in total per year, not a long-term overseas posting.
Senior roles kept fully confidential throughout
The application process is confidential. Your consultant will not send your resume to any employer without your consent, and will never disclose anything to your current employer.
