Job description

Technical decision-maker

  • Model complex business logic as systems and propose the best architecture

The last line of defense for quality

  • Review AI-generated architecture and solve deep performance issues such as technical debt and deadlocks under high concurrency

Automation strategy guidance

  • Guide business units on safely introducing Agentic Workflows into high-load systems, so system robustness scales with development speed

Requirements

Required
  • Hands-on experience with millions of daily requests or high-concurrency transaction systems
  • Well versed in distributed system architecture and microservice design
  • Tech stack: C#, .NET (not required now, but you must switch over and get up to speed within your first month, which counts toward your probation review)
  • Experience implementing or reviewing the architecture of AI agentic workflows
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience as a technical advisor or cross-team architecture mentor
  • Experience translating technical risks into business decisions
