You will plan the scope and timelines of AI and data projects, connect machine learning engineers, data analysts and software engineers, and turn AI models into features that actually ship.

Job description

Project scope and timeline

  • Define the scope of AI and data-driven projects, create complete project plans and timelines, and track progress and adjust as needed

Turn AI models into product features

  • Work with machine learning engineers, data analysts and software engineers to turn AI models into real features and applications

Risk and transparency

  • Track AI project outcomes and keep model development, testing, and deployment transparent; identify and reduce the risks and dependencies specific to AI projects

The bridge between technical and non-technical teams

  • Act as the main bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, sharing regular updates and managing expectations

Requirements

Required
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Technical project management experience
  • Understand recommendation systems, NLP, AI, or ad recommendation technology, and able to communicate with AI and engineering teams
  • Ability to organize workflows and plan schedules
  • Strong English skills
  • Master's degree
Preferred qualifications
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Jira and with Scrum
  • Vibe coding skills (assessed at the interview)
