Job description
VIP guest hospitality
- Host VIP guests and deliver attentive, warm, high-end service that makes them feel at home
- Quickly grasp and properly handle on-site incidents and guest needs
VIP relationship management
- Maintain VIP relationships and build long-term trust and rapport
On-site and inventory management
- Keep the premises clean and refined, and make sure facilities and equipment work properly
- Manage spare parts and resource inventory systematically and help the team complete daily operations
Requirements
- Good communication and emotional management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and empathy, with respect for guest privacy and confidentiality
- Basic Office skills (Word/Excel) for keeping supply and inventory records
- Able to provide a Police Criminal Record Certificate (good-conduct certificate)
- Experience in related hospitality work such as guest houses or hotels will help you pick up the pace of guest service faster
