Why this opportunity

NT$2.5–3 million/year, plus bonus

Annual salary NT$2.5–3 million (excluding bonuses), set according to your background and experience.

A top-level executive in the group, reporting directly to the top executive

A vice president-level role reporting to the CEO/President, overseeing both supply chain and international trade. This is a seat that genuinely sets direction.

Not a parachuted-in firefighter — an upgraded role

This is a repositioning of an existing role: the level has been raised to Vice President, and the scope expanded to supply chain plus international trade—a sign the group wants to hand this area to a true leader.

The group is expanding production and transforming

In recent years the group has expanded its overseas glove production lines, pushed factory automation and brought AI and data analytics into supply chain management (according to its public annual report). This role will be directly involved in that transformation.

Based in Taipei, short business trips, no long-term overseas posting

You will work at the group headquarters in Taipei, with 2–4 days of remote work per month. Overseas travel is mostly short trips, generally no more than one month in total per year.
