Job description

Needs diagnosis and process mapping

  • Go deep into the front lines of the group's business units and uncover operational bottlenecks through interviews and process analysis
  • Turn vague business needs into clearly structured, technically feasible blueprints for digital and AI implementation

Cross-department coordination and consensus building

  • Work with business unit heads, frontline users and R&D teams, balancing different views to build consensus for transformation
  • Explain the value of solutions to non-technical managers while communicating on engineering details with the R&D team

Plan specifications and implementation

  • Define milestones and acceptance criteria for each transformation phase
  • Break down business pain points into specifications the engineering team can easily understand and build (PRD / User Stories)

R&D collaboration and project control

  • Work with engineers and architects to assess technical implementation difficulty, data integration hurdles and the feasibility of rolling out AI tools
  • Drive projects end to end, proactively remove friction and delay risks in cross-team collaboration, and ensure on-time launches

Requirements

Required
  • 2+ years of project management experience in enterprise system implementation, digital transformation, process automation (RPA / Workflow Automation), or AI adoption, with real cases of guiding business units to go live
  • Mature cross-functional communication and conflict-resolution skills: able to explain value to non-technical executives, address concerns from the sales side, and hold engineering discussions with R&D teams
  • Able to independently map workflows, write specifications (PRD / User Stories), and run system acceptance testing
  • Understand the capabilities and limits of current generative AI and workflow automation tools, with the judgment to assess how feasible they are to adopt in real-world scenarios

Why this opportunity

On the front line of the group's transformation projects

You work directly with the business habits and pain points of the group's business units and lead the whole process from diagnosis to rollout — not just executing specs someone else has set.

Salary ranges stated upfront

NT$70,000/month—you don't have to apply and finish interviews just to find out whether there's room to negotiate.

Two fixed days off a week

Monday to Friday, with no shift scheduling or rotation, so you can set your own rhythm of life.

FAQ

Do staffing workers get the same rights as permanent employees?+

During the assignment, you sign a formal employment contract with Step1ne (德仁管理顧問有限公司). Wages, labor and health insurance, pension contributions, annual leave, overtime pay, and occupational injury compensation all follow the Labor Standards Act and related regulations, the same as for any regular employee. Severance and retirement are also governed by the Labor Standards Act. Day-to-day work takes place at the client's head office, with tasks assigned by the on-site supervisor, but Step1ne carries the employer's responsibilities.

What makes up the NT$70,000 monthly salary?+

The public page shows the total: NT$70,000 per month. Your consultant will explain how the salary is made up (whether it includes overtime pay, bonuses and so on) during the initial phone call, and you can ask as many questions as you like then.

What is the interview process? Will I be interviewed by AI?+

Yes. The first interview (online first round) is conducted by AI through text or voice chat to check whether your experience matches this role's requirements; if you pass, a consultant arranges an in-person second round with the hiring company. You choose the time for the AI interview yourself, so there's no need to take time off.

What are the working hours?+

So far the hiring organization has only confirmed Monday to Friday with two days off a week; it has not yet given us the exact working hours, so we will not put an unconfirmed time on the page. Your consultant will tell you the confirmed hours in your first conversation.

How long will this staffing assignment last? Is there a chance to become a permanent employee?+

The hiring company has not yet committed to a contract length or conversion to a permanent role, so we do not state it on this page. If it matters to you, we will ask them directly on your behalf during the interview and pass on their reply word for word.

Is this an individual contributor role or a team lead role?+

The source doesn't say whether you'll need to lead a team, and this page won't guess. Your consultant will confirm with the hiring company and let you know at the initial call.
