Payments Customer Support (Mid Shift, Neihu, Taipei)Temporary staffing · full-time | Monthly NT$33,000–35,000 (plus quarterly bonus and on-duty allowance) | Mid shift 14:00–23:00 | Neihu, Taipei · no remote work

This role is at the customer service center of a listed group, in its Neihu, Taipei office, with 1 opening. The shift is a fixed mid shift from 14:00–23:00; the job is fully on-site and remote work is not available. You will run the payment-related service desk: phone calls, emails, live text chats and comments left under public reviews from users all come to you. When follow-up is needed you make outbound calls, during campaigns you also help with user inquiries, and you support other phone or service channels as assigned by your supervisor. No work experience is required, but candidates with 1+ year of phone customer service experience or experience in finance/payment-related services will be given priority. Because the role involves payment and cash-flow operations, the hiring unit will ask you to provide a Police Criminal Record Certificate after you are hired. During the assignment you sign a formal employment contract with Step1ne (德仁管理顧問有限公司), and your day-to-day work takes place at the hiring unit's customer service center.

The mid shift runs 14:00–23:00, so your mornings are completely free and you skip the rush-hour commute. The NT$33,000–35,000 monthly salary is stated up front, so you don't have to wait until after the interview to find out whether it's negotiable. No work experience is required — you can apply even without a finance or customer service background.

Why this opportunity

Mid-shift hours — your mornings are your own

Work starts at 14:00, so you avoid the morning commute and can use your mornings for study, doctor's appointments, school runs or your own errands. This shift ends at 23:00 — you can judge for yourself whether that fits your routine; we just want to be clear about the hours up front.

You'll gain payment-services support experience, not just answer phones

Payment inquiries usually involve money, transaction records and campaign rules, making them more complex than ordinary product support. This experience counts concretely for customer service roles in finance, payments and e-commerce — it doesn't reset to zero when you move on.

Salary ranges stated upfront

NT$33,000–35,000 per month based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses and duty allowances. You don't have to apply and interview before finding out whether the terms work — your consultant will explain exactly how the bonuses and allowances are calculated on the first phone call.

No finance background needed to apply

No work experience required. 1+ year of phone customer service experience and financial services experience are listed by the hiring company as preferred, not required. If you've handled phone calls or online support in another industry, please describe the kinds of issues you actually dealt with when you apply.

Working conditions during the assignment follow the Labor Standards Act

During your assignment you sign a formal employment contract with Step1ne (德仁管理顧問有限公司); wages, labor and health insurance, pension, annual leave, overtime pay and occupational injury compensation follow the Labor Standards Act. FAQ

Do dispatched workers get the same rights as full-time employees?+

During your assignment, you sign a formal employment contract with Step1ne (德仁管理顧問有限公司). Your wages, labor and health insurance, pension contributions, annual leave, overtime pay, holiday pay and occupational injury compensation are all handled under Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related regulations, the same as any other employee; dispatched workers' conditions are equally protected by the Labor Standards Act. Your day-to-day work takes place at the client's customer service center, with daily tasks assigned by the on-site supervisor, but Step1ne carries the employer's responsibilities. If you have any questions about your working conditions, you can go straight to your consultant.

The salary is NT$33,000–35,000/month—how much will I actually take home? How are the quarterly bonus and on-call allowance calculated?+

The public page shows the total range: NT$33,000–35,000 per month, based on experience. How the pay is structured, how the quarterly bonus and duty allowance are paid, and whether a minimum period of service is required will all be explained by the consultant in the first phone call, so feel free to ask everything then. Overtime and holiday work are paid separately under the Labor Standards Act.

Mid shift 14:00–23:00 — do I work weekends and national holidays? How many days off a month?+

The source only states that the shift is the mid shift, 14:00–23:00. It does not say how weekends and public holidays are scheduled, how many days off you get each month, or how far in advance the roster is published. We will not guess at these points or put them on the page in advance; your consultant will ask the hiring organization before your first conversation and add the answers to the job details table. If you cannot work holiday rotations at all, please say so up front in the first conversation — this matters a lot for a customer service center roster.

Can I apply without finance or payments industry experience?+

Yes. No work experience is required. "1+ year of phone customer service experience" and "experience in finance-related services" are preferred qualifications listed by the hiring unit, not requirements. What they really need is someone who can ask the right questions and explain things clearly, handle both phone and text, and follow procedures to judge when to hand a case over to someone else.

Why is a police record certificate required, and when do I submit it?+

Because this role involves payment-related operations and user data, the hiring unit's internal controls require the successful candidate to provide a police criminal record certificate (commonly called a certificate of good conduct). It is requested after an offer is made and before your start date — you will not be asked to apply for it during the application or initial interview stages — and it is used only for the hiring review for this role. This document is private information protected under Taiwan's Employment Service Act. If you have questions about how to apply for it or how it will be stored, just ask your consultant; we will check with the hiring unit and get back to you.

What is the interview process? Will I be interviewed by AI?+

Yes. The initial interview is conducted by AI, by text or voice, to check whether your shift availability and customer service experience match this job; if you pass, a consultant arranges an in-person interview with the host company in Neihu District, Taipei. You can choose the time for the AI interview yourself, so there is no need to take time off for the first round.

Can I work remotely or from home?+

No. The hiring team has stated clearly that this role cannot be remote; you need to work on site at the customer service center in Neihu District, Taipei.
