Key Responsibilities 1. Take the initiative to establish a network of contacts and match suitable candidates for the enterprise. 2. Interview candidates, use empathy, observation, and professional ability to understand the needs of candidates and assist in arranging job search directions. 3. Make good use of judgment and coordination skills as a communication bridge between the enterprise and the candidates. 4. Independently execute business development on the enterprise side, discuss recruitment needs with the employers of each unit, and establish a cooperative relationship. 5. Keenly understand the future development of the enterprise, and act as its excellent recruitment representative to attract suitable candidates. 6. Give professional advice to enterprises and candidates, assist in the appropriate development of candidates, and help enterprises to appoint talents.
