- The employee shall be primarily responsible for: - Answering technical queries, evaluation of Server PSU - Reviewing of customer designs & power architectures and resolve any issues in customer applications - Performing field visits to provide on-site troubleshooting - Exploring Server PSU design opportunities to achieve company objectives < Qualification > - Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical/ Electronic or Power electronics - Over 5 years’ experience minimum in development and/or support related to SMPS, DC/DC converters and other power electronics applications. - In-depth knowledge in designing of AC/DC converter, DC/DC converter (isolated, non-isolated) and various power conversion topologies - Good understanding & analysis capability for power electronics elements (MOSFET, OP-amp, Transformer, Inductor and others) and power circuits - Experience in designing hardware circuits including DSP (preferred) - Hands-on experience and analysis capability for agency approval (EMS/EMI, Surge, Safety approval and etc) - Good written & speaking communication both in Chinese & English - Business communication skills and presentation skills - Customer & business oriented and self-initiative
