工作內容
職務責任：
• 負責設計、開發和維護穩定且可擴展的伺服器端應用程式和API。
• 與前端開發人員和移動應用程式開發人員合作，整合伺服器端邏輯和客戶端應用程式。
• 實施並維護安全的身份驗證和授權機制。
• 優化應用程式的性能和擴展性，以處理大量流量和數據。
• 進行全面的測試和調試，確保後端系統的可靠性和穩定性。
• 與數據工程師合作，設計和優化數據庫結構和查詢。
• 監控並分析系統性能指標，主動識別和解決性能瓶頸和問題。
• 持續學習後端開發行業的最佳實踐和新興技術。
• 參與代碼審查，提供建設性意見，確保代碼質量和可維護性。
• 撰寫技術規格、系統架構和部署流程文件。
• 與產品經理、設計師和測試工程師等跨職能團隊合作，提供高品質的軟體產品。

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Backend Engineer or in a comparable position.
• Proficient in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or Node.js.
• Thorough grasp of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Express.js.
• Knowledgeable about database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team.
