• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Must show previous work experience as a Full-Stack Developer through a well-established portfolio that demonstrates successful past projects. • Proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.), is required. • Familiarity with back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar, is required. • Must have an understanding of database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. • A strong grasp of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is essential. • Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a must. • Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges. • Possesses leadership and mentoring abilities to assist and encourage junior developers. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus.
