工作內容
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in Unity and industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with 3D software packages like C4D, 3D Max, or Maya.
• Experience in publishing multiple products in Unity3D.
• Ability to create inspirational mood boards and style frames. Illustrate scenes and storyboards as UI elements and design compositions for interactive prototypes.
• Provide design templates for deliverables and establish comprehensive design guidelines.
• Ability to deliver high-quality design outputs within specified timelines.
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proactiveness.
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to director's feedback.
• Flexibility to handle changes in production and shift focus between multiple tasks.

Additional Skills:
• Experience with virtual reality content creation is preferred.
• Proficiency in motion design or 3D skills such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya would be advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate experience taking a product from conception to production.
• Proven ability to implement visual design systems across various platforms in an iterative software development environment.
• Familiarity with formal visual design and composition principles, as well as a basic understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Strong ability to effectively communicate and present ideas and designs within a cross-functional product development team.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
